Each week.. will be working through a variety of Mind and Body Exercise routines helping to
Tone up and Strengthen specific target areas using familiar combo’s
such as Pilates, Full Body Blitz, Legs Bums and Tums, Circuits, Ab attack,
Cardio & Core Conditioning and Flexibility.
Level: No previous exercise experience required,
all welcome from Total beginner to Athlete. – (bring a mat)
